Ah-Ah-Ah-chooo! Feelin’ a little under the weather? Cover up with a mask so those germs don’t spread! This face mask die comes with four separate shapes to layer as needed and has been made to fit snug along with the mouth and chin for better concealment. Bust out hundreds with this die or just make a few for yourself because being covered is better than nothing. *Requires a Super Giant Die Tray and Super Long Cut Cutting Plastic.

Step 1
Cut two of each shape out. Giving you six pieces total and your strips.the other.
Step 2
Place your two face shapes on top of each other, matching curved edge to curved edge, and straight edge to straight edge.
Step 3
Sew only around the curved edge. Then set aside.
Step 4
Grab your two mouthpieces and lay on top of each other, matching curved edge to curved edge, and straight edge to straight edge.
Step 5
Sew only around the curved edge.
Step 6
Lay your mouthpiece open and fold the straight edges over about ¼” and sew each side. Then set aside.
Step 7
On your cheek pieces, take your smallest straight edge, fold over ¼” and sew. Then set aside.
Step 8
Bring your mouthpiece laying open to the center of your work station, with the curved edges on the outer side, and place the curved edge of your cheek pieces along the sewn line.
Step 9
Sew the top and bottom of the mouth and cheekpieces only to attach together. You will need the curved edge open to make an opening later on.
Step 10
Place your finish piece laying flat and upwards in the middle of your work station, laying your open face piece on top.
Step 11
Sew around the entire perimeter of the mask and use one of the open slits on the mouth and cheek to turn it inside out.
Step 12
Add your strips to each side of the mask by folding the fabric over the strip and sew it down.
Step 13
Sew the end pieces of your strips together and it is ready for use!
*Make sure to use ¼” seam allowance while sewing.
